"Oh, I've heard that one before," I scoff, glaring at Hidari. I can *see* him formulating plans and contingencies - he's not even trying to hide the confidence in his eyes, and it makes my blood boil.

Thirty seconds ago, I was completely in control of this situation. Now, I have the distinct sense that Hidari's working his way off the ropes. I have a hostage now, and yet he seems to be...more confident? I'm sure of one thing: I absolutely HATE this Marvey-wannabe brat.

"You're a great bluff, for a human," I spit at him. "But I've been told all sorts of things about the Ultimate Powers. None of them were true. The treasure's here, and as soon as I've dealt with--OOF!"

I've only got two hands, and the wiry brat just made me regret that fact. With my pistol trained on Hidari, I couldn't block the other's kick; his heel hit me right in the ribs, and that smarts like a bitch, making me jerk to one side. I throw him aside, hoping he hits something very hard, and yank the Rapparatta back out with a snarl.

If Hidari doesn't have the W treasure, this Philip brat *has* to, and I'll enjoy wrenching it out of him.
