I dump my pack next to a chair and sink into it. It's been a long, hard day, and I wish that it would go away already.
I know it's my turn to do the dishes, from the neatly-pinned schedule on the wall. I'll do it after I've checked the wrapping on my arm, quietly, because I don't want my roommate to know what I'm doing when I'm not here.
