Enter wasn't really pushing any particular agenda with this Metaroid. Amuse Messiah, gather data, distract or frustrate the Go-Busters, cause havoc, summon a Megazord, gather Enetron. Just business as usual.
The Metaroid itself had it's own plan in mind, as it rampaged through the city, shooting everything in site and not bothering to wait and see about the effects of it's darts.
C'est la vie. Enter approaches their newest victim on the Metaroid's heels, and smirks as the dart flies for their prey. Long-haired pretty boy that he is, obviously distracted.
