In compliance with the question, Joe removed the phone form his jacket pocket and the key from his pants pocket. With a flick of the wrist, the mobirates opened and his body moved fluidly into his henshin stance.
"Gokai Change"
He moved, inserted the key into the phone and slid into the final pose. The change was instant-- a mere .30th or so of a second-- with the only the flash of light as an indicator. Suited up now, it was habit that made him slid his left arm behind his waist and his right foot stepping forward half a step.
