I intended to just observe and gather information, but the monstrous construct has started attacking civilians, and I... I can't let things continue without doing something about it.
I draw my pistol, and move into an easy combat stance. This would be easier if I were inside the Television World, and could rely on the option of calling Sukuna-Hikona forth.
I will have to do my best on my own.
I fire a shot at the creature, just as it fires a barb at me. I can't tell if I hit it, but it sure hits me, embedding into my shoulder. I stagger, dropping to a guarded crouch as I clutch at my shoulder. There's pain, but my hand doesn't come away with any blood on it when I check.
