My belt is not as amazingly elaborate as I had always hoped and dreamed. But it has such super awesome cool abilities, and unlike a certain group of, ugh, Sentai Otaku, I can totally explore this supposed 'delusion' (as if it could be anything but MY REAL REALITY AT LAST) without being transformed.

Which is awesome.

I am going to save this world.

I stagger as he thuds into my arms, but hug him back enthusiastically. "Sure! Um! Who are you!"

My chance!

I reel back, striking a well-honed pose. I've had this part picked out and practiced since I could stand. "I am Tsukino Ayumu," Now this part of the pose I had to adjust a bit, once I got my belt, but it's just as smooth. "Kamen Rider Hikou!" I bolt forward again to grab his hand in both of mine and pump his arm furiously. "So pleased, so happy to meet you! Some of the shitty otaku talk a lot of shit about your design, but I think it's awesome!"

[uchuukitaa]

I grin at him. Yuuki'd love his pose.

He runs forward and nearly shakes my arm off, but I'm still grinning. "Hikou. Ayumu. Got it."

I blink at his comment. "Oi, what? I don't even take design class!"

[kamenriderhikou]

He's the best.

"You know," I bring my hands together to a point over my head. "Your helmet, they think it looks stupid. And Magnet States is a little funny looking, but I say, funny looking doesn't mean you're not awesome, I mean, look at Amazon! He doesn't look like another single Rider before or since, he's completely unique but he's one of the best, the best!"

[uchuukitaa]

"Oi, what?" I blink rapidly at him, trying to take this in. "But -- but it's a rocket! It's like space! That's the whole point of uchuu kitAAAAAAA!"

[kamenriderhikou]

I easily mimic his pose as he screams his catch-phrase (so, so awesome), then nod enthusiastically. "Yes, exactly, that's exactly my point! And especially with Cosmic, don't get me started, Cosmic is awesome, and I don't care what anybody says, you can't be over powered in Kamen Rider, I mean, it just doesn't happen. You're the hero!"

[uchuukitaa]

"Ehhhhh? Cosmic? Overpowered?" I'm at a complete loss now. "I want as much power as possible so I can finish fights quickly! They hurt, y'know!"

[kamenriderhikou]

"I know, I know!" Okay, I don't really know, since I haven't gotten in a fight yet, but I will! And it will hurt, I'm sure, but I'll be okay! I'm one of the heroes!

"And you won't let it go to your head, either, all that power. Friendship is the real power, right?!"

[uchuukitaa]

I nod slowly, then with increasing, enthusiastic speed. "Yeah, that's right! That's it, my friend. Friendship is the most important power in the universe!"

[kamenriderhikou]

I descend on Gentarou-san for a hug immediately. He is so delightful, I don't care what the haters say.

"The most important," I agree, nodding enthusiastically along with him. "Where would we be without friends!?"

[uchuukitaa]

I hug him tight. I'm not sure if he smelled my hair. It's probably best not to ask.

"Completely screwed," I say cheerfully. "So, tell me about your friends? If you're a Rider you should have lots!"

[kamenriderhikou]

I can't help but brush Gentarou-san's hair with one hand as I pull away.

The coolest hair style ever.

"So true!"

Friends? I have tons of friends, it's true, but most of them are my buddies in my world, outside this supposed 'land of Delusions', my Kamen Rider buddies who are all super jealous of my collection. "I have tons of friends." I inform him. "They come over to my house every week!"

[uchuukitaa]

He even touches it. Huh. Well, it's good hair!

"That's awesome," I say happily. "Any of them fight with you? That's really important!"

[kamenriderhikou]

I can't help the frown that overtakes me at that.

I'm sure there's going to be another Unofficial Kamen Rider at some point. There has to be, it's practically a given at this point. At least one. And I do hope one of my friends will be chosen to take that mantle. But thus far...

"No. Not yet, anyway. So far, I fight alone."

[uchuukitaa]

"...alone?" I repeat, taken aback. But no. No. That can't be right! I grab him by the shoulders. "No, man, you can't fight alone! That's awful, being all on your own! And lonely!"

[kamenriderhikou]

I take a deep, steeling breath, then look up at Gentarou-san with a nod. "It's terrible, I know. And very lonely. But! I've met you! And you and me, Gentarou-san, along with the other Kamen Riders, can do anything! It'll be okay!"

[uchuukitaa]

"You don't have to be lonely any more," I blubber, clutching him close, then holding him by the shoulders again. He's gone all blurry. I hope he's feeling all right. People shouldn't be blurry.
