He wasn't going to pace. He was going to wait patiently for Tatsuya to arrive, not give in to nerves before he'd even got there. So what if they had a lot to talk about, that was no reason to be nervous.

Yeah, right. They had over ten years worth of stuff to catch up on and it wasn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows.

He glanced down at his watch and sighed. Come on, Tatsuya.

"Nothing," he said hurriedly. He wasn't about to admit to getting sappy now Tatsuya was about to leave. "Why would anything be up?"

"I d'no, you look down. Is it the arcade? Don't worry, they haven't banned us." Tatsuya petted Katsumi's arm, "I'll see you really soon, OK?"

Katsumi rolled his eyes. "I'm not worried about the arcade. Really, nothing's wrong. I'll talk to you later, when I know when I'm free."

"OK." Tatsuya paused, then came back to hug Katsumi because he felt that as brothers they should hug even if it led to Katsumi fussing and grumping.

"You are such a sap," he muttered into the side of Tatsuya's face. Then again, Tatsuya always had been the more touchy-feely one of the two of them. It didn't stop him giving Tatsuya a quick squeeze, though, even if only a brief one.

"I'm your brother," Tatsuya said simply. He broke away after a few moments and headed down the road, but turned back to wave at Katsumi, "see ya soon Katsumi-chan!"

"That too," he agreed, making the most of the moment before pulling back just as Tatsuya did.

"Count on it," he called, waving as Tatsuya headed off. At least there was no-one else around to hear the cutesy nickname, considering he was pretty sure Tatsuya would be using it forever.
