Gotou-chan doesn't seem to be very with-it at the moment. I can tell because he is prodding my backside, presumably because I'm in his way. I thought there was enough room beside me in the entryway to let him unshoe, too, but I suppose not.

I crouch down once I'm done with my shoes, beginning to work on his. Are standard police shoes' laces supposed to be double-bunny-knotted, according to regulations?
