Surprise! Either the monster of the week has done something to you or just by random chance, you can walk into other people's dreams. Whether it's full walking and interacting or just observing, that's up to you. The question is, what will you do with the knowledge you've gained by walking through someone else's sub-conscious thoughts?

1. Tag in your pups.
2. Either give a start with what your pup is dreaming about or use the RNG at Random Scenario Meme/Nightmares Meme to come up with a dream. It can be as serious, kinky, fluffy or cracktastic as you wish.
3. Tag other pups to walk in their dreams!

[Blake shrugs, not really paying attention to what Hunter's saying.]

Of course I know it's you, who else would I be dreaming about? Dustin?

Why is it always Dustin? [Seriously. Why was it whenever someone needed to pull a name out in awkward conversations, it was Dustin? Hunter was going to start avoiding the guy]

That's not the point. It's me. Really me. I woke up in your dream.

[Blake raises one skeptical eyebrow.]

You don't wake up in dreams, bro. Being asleep is sort of the form and function of the thing.

[He examines his brother more closely, then takes a slow breath and tries not to think about how he's either pale or blushing, or maybe both.]

You mean it?

[Hunter rolls his eyes.] You know what I mean.

[Then he sighs again and looks down at the blankets] I don't know exactly how to prove it but yeah. It's me.

This isn't exactly what I expected.

Damn. [He's definitely blushing, at least, and he tugs the bed sheet up a little higher to try and hide it.]

Sure it's not just a nightmare?

[Hunter pauses for a moment, then reaches out to put a hand on Blake's leg to show him that he's not freaking out or anything.]

I think understand a little better. How you feel.

Yeah, sure it is. Bro, you don't have to sugarcoat it for me. You've made it pretty clear that you think it's weird.

[He frowns, and looks down at Hunter's hand on his leg. It feels right... it feels wrong, too, and Blake isn't sure how that's even possible.]

Well, doesn't make much difference, does it?

It's not so much weird as I just didn't get it. How you could feel for me what I feel for Cam. How I can love you as my brother but not how you want.

I didn't expect it to be so normal. So simple.

[Blake frowned at the bed, unable to meet Hunter's eyes.]

Bro, this is me you're talking to [He attempts to joke but isn't sure Blake is in the mood so he just sighs]

I get that now. [he bites his lip to physically stop himself from apologizing.]

[Blake scowls a bit. He's certainly not in the mood.]

Yeah, well, not that it makes any difference, huh? So, whatever. Guess I'm glad you know, or something.

[He paused, considered Hunter's apology for a moment, then shook his head.] You don't have to apologize. You didn't do it on purpose. Not sure how you're supposed to get out, though.

[Hunter frowned and decided to not joke anymore.]

I...I don't know what to say okay? Especially since I'm sure I'm only making it worse.

That...is a good point. Maybe I'll wake up when you wake up?

[Blake raised an eyebrow.] Making what worse? It's not like you wanted to be here. I'm not dumb enough to think you wanted to understand, bro.

[He frowns at the uncertainty inherent in the situation.] You don't sound very confident.

But I did, bro. I hated not getting it. I hated know I was hurting you and not getting it. [Not looking at Blake]

[shrugs] It's not like I have experience with dream walking.

Sure you did. [It's not very fair of Blake to dismiss his brother's feelings out of hand, but he's feeling a little overwhelmed, sharing his very personal dreams with someone he respects so much.] It's not like you were hurting me on purpose.

[He frowns.] Yeah, well. Me either. So I guess we have to... wait?

[crimsonninja]

On purpose or not. I'm a shitty big brother if I'm hurting you at all. For any reason. [Because in the end, that's what it boiled down to for Hunter. Blake had a problem and Hunter couldn't fix it because he was the source.]

[Sighs softly.] Yeah I guess. [Kind of wants to hug Blake, hold him, but doesn't know how to ask after everything]

No you're not. [He's snapping a little, his words short and serious, but he means every syllable.] You're not a shitty brother, at all. It's not your fault that I... Feel the way I do. [Not technically.]

[He paused, glancing down then up at Hunter again.]

I'm sorry, bro. This must be pretty weird for you.

[Hunter still wasn't reassured but he gave Blake a small smile anyway.

Then he opened his arms and tugged Blake into the hug he'd been resisting.]

I think this is pretty high on the weird scale for both of us. [He meant the dream of course, not wanting to call Blake's feelings weird. It felt like he was diminishing them if he did and he didn't want to do that.]

[Blake almost pulled back when Hunter went in to hug him. There's so many ways it could be taken as awkward, as weird, as uncomfortable, as wrong... But in the end, damn it, Blake just wants to hug his brother. So he relents and puts his arms around Hunter and rests his chin on his shoulder with a little sigh.]

Yeah, I guess it is. You don't think some freaky monster is responsible, do you?

[Sure, it could be all those things, but Hunter was going to be damned if anything got in between him and hugging his brother. Nothing was worth giving that up.]

[Blake's suggestion made him shrug] Could be. Or that crazy Black Ranger did something to us. Who knows?
