[Good luck figuring out my magical equipment, only some of which is clearly technological. Though I do have more tech than the average Makai Priest. On the other hand, you seem to have missed the cloth-wrapped sword I'm carrying, which is good.]
[Also, do not like the odds of unknown amount of people knowing that I am here, but maybe I can find a spell while you're doing that.]
[Yeah, I... forgot it was there because I'm thinking like a Priest, not a Knight. But in the meantime, I've had some tea, nibbled on some food, and am now occupied in trying to figure out how to get home, fast before your reinforcements arrive.]
[I've been far too fascinated by the wholeness of you and the type of environment you must come from to pay proper attention to the details of what you're actually *carrying*]
[Distracted by shiny problem of getting away before the rest of your colleagues show up, so my reply is the absentminded one of a technician interrupted while solving a problem.]
[I think you messed up the spell. Thankfully, it disapates harmlessly. I've already checked and you're not a Horror. Looking over at you with the wide-eyed guilelessness of an apparently naive Makai Priest.]
Oh.
[Still have wheels turning in head about spell forms and such if needed.]
[I am trying to veeery casually hold my brush at the ready without it seeming like a threat. It's probably best I don't have my sword at hand. I can see that you've got a female friend in a pinkish dress and a guy in a bandana.]
Ah- hello?
[At least if the girl is holding a gun in her hand it's not pointed at me yet, and is the boy holding a trident, of all things?]
"Fudou Leo," I say, as calmly as possible. My brain is racing through spells to disarm him, all of them; all it will take is a brush stroke. "I mean you no harm."
The girl in pink is standing as if she is trying to decide whether I'm a threat or not, gun aimed at me. Her friend with the bandana is pointing the trident in my direction. If needs be, I'll toss the three flanking me their way, but I'd rather just talk my way out.
"Doc-san," the girl in pink says, "Did he harm you?"
I can see that everybody's concerned about the man I've been talking to, and that I'm in trouble if they decide the answer is yes.
"He's not anyone I recognize," the bandana boy says, but he doesn't shift.
I get up hastily and stand next to Leo, not in between Marvelous and him because Marvelous will burn through me with his eyes, but close enough that I can make it obvious that I'm not too worried about Leo.
Which isn't to say that I completely trust him, but he's done nothing to me, and he's had opportunities.
"No, no, no, I'm fine," I tell Ahim instantly, smiling at her. "He's from some kind of alternate universe. He's a fighter of some sort but he hasn't tried to attack me at all."

Well, excuse me! I only use fresh ingredients. Or are you allergic to something?
